How do you reduce cost and get the same performance out of a Mandoline? That was the question challenged to Pulse and we delivered a unique solution that met the bottom line and offered up innovation at the same time. Reducing part count of a traditional Mandoline and utilizing the flexibility of plastic, we designed a unique bend point in the food pathway that enabled the user to simply turn a dial to the desired cut thickness.
