Automatize™

The FloraFlex Automatize™ app is a high functionality iOS application designed for the hydroponics industry. Its complexity comes from the extensive range of custom IoT products it tailored to communicate with. Having to incorporate minutia details of automating lighting, HVAC, nutrient dosing, humidity, air circulating, and watering this app was a challenge in organization. Pulse worked with FloraFlex to design an application that could do all this and even manage user hierarchy and task scheduling.

From the first touch of the screen Automatize™ manages pairing of the user’s system of IoT products and can even import data from the RoomBuilder platform (link to page here). Its design was focused on simplicity and the clean aesthetic of custom iconography. All coming together in a complex but accessible application.
